Terms & Conditions

1. Services

• You’ll receive a custom Webflow website based on the purchased package (Tier 1, 2, or 3).
• Final deliverables include design files, Webflow website transfer, any other accounts that were created for you transferred to your preferred destination.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all requested materials (logos, text, images) within a timely manner.
• Number rounds of revisions are outlined in project package; additional edits cost [$200/page].

3. Payment

• No contract. Invoice will be sent near the end of the project. Project Handoff will not happen until the payment has successfully cleared.
• Late payments (>30 days after invoice) may result in project pausing or termination.

4. Ownership

• You own all final website files and content after final payment.
• I retain rights to showcase the work in my portfolio (unless agreed otherwise).

5. Cancellation

• Unpaid projects may be archived or resold after 30 days.

6. Limitations

• Not responsible for third-party fees (Webflow hosting, domains).
• While I optimize for SEO, ranking results aren’t guaranteed.
