What makes you different from other web designers?

Industry-Specific Expertise
I understand hood cleaning operations—including why NFPA 96 compliance matters to your clients.
Your services will be described accurately (no generic fluff).
Built to Work, Not Just Look Pretty
My background in fabrication + small biz marketing means your site drives leads, not just compliments.
True Ownership, No Strings
After final payment, everything is yours: domain, hosting, CMS—no locked-in subscriptions from me.

Need future edits?
Add me as a collaborator (or use my resource page containing WebFlow tutorials to DIY).

No Surprises, Just Results No mandatory "maintenance fees." Just a high-performing site geared to your business goals.

Why do I need a website if I get work from word-of-mouth?

Maybe not! If your calendar is full and you’re happy with your client flow, that’s what matters most.
Save my info for when you’re ready to:
Expand your team (adding trucks or techs?)
Target new areas (local leads for your next service zone)
Fill gaps (slow seasons or unexpected openings)

I’ll never push a website you don’t need—but when you’re ready to grow, I’ll build you a lead-collecting site customized to your goals.

No hype. Just honest solutions when you need them.

How does payment work?

Invoice Delivery
You’ll receive an invoice via email or text.
Pay by credit/debit card (instant) or check (details provided).

Payment Timing
Card payments
: Website launch and site transfer begins immediately.
Check payments: Website launches and site is transferred after the check clears (up to 7 days).

Transparent Billing
The final invoice is sent after your first round of revisions, locking in:
Page count
CMS items
Any customizations beyond your package.
No hidden fees. No contracts.

Additional Services
Tasks like Google Business Profile setup/recovery are billed separately.
Need edits later?
You own everything post-payment. Hire me hourly or use my the resource page for guides to DIY!

Is local SEO important?

Local SEO (search engine optimization) helps your business get found by nearby customers searching for your services.

When your website is optimized, it:
Improves your ranking in local search results
Supports your Google Business Profile (yes, they work together!)
Makes it easier for potential clients to contact you
Highlights your specialties (like emergency service or multi-location scheduling for facility managers)

What is a CMS collection?

A CMS (Content Management System) is like the "edit mode" for your website. It lets you add, update, or delete content (like blog posts, team bios, or products) without touching the design or code.

Why It’s Useful:
Blogs, News, Portfolios
: Add new posts without rebuilding pages.
Team Pages, Testimonials: Update info in one place—it auto-updates everywhere.
No Tech Skills Needed: Edit text, images, or listings as easily as a Word doc.

How It Works in WebFlow:
You create a "collection" (e.g., "Blog Posts").
Add entries (like individual posts) with fields (title, image, text, etc.).
Design once—all future entries follow the same layout.
Example: Update a team member’s bio in the CMS, and it changes everywhere their bio appears.

You control your content
—no developer needed for simple updates!(Need a blog, news section, or dynamic gallery? The CMS makes it easy.)

Think of it like this:
Static pages
= Printed flyers (fixed, manual updates).
CMS pages = Digital billboards (change content anytime, no redesign).

Do you have other website examples?
What happens if I back out at any point or don't pay?

Since I don't use contracts, you're free to cancel at any point—no strings attached.

If payment isn't received within 30 days of invoicing:
Your project will be paused and listed for sale (after removing all your branded content/media).
If unsold and you wish to continue, the original balance plus a $500 reinstatement fee will apply.

This policy keeps things fair for both of us while respecting your freedom to walk away.

How long does it take for the website to go live?

Most projects take up to 2 weeks to complete after I receive all your materials (logos, photos, content, etc.). Smaller sites may finish faster; larger or more complex sites could take slightly longer.

How to Speed Things Up:
Complete the New Website Questionnaire (30 questions, mostly multiple-choice!).
Submit all assets (logos, photos, etc.) within 1 week of approving your wireframe.

Can I use phone videos and images for my website?

Absolutely! Phone videos and images can work nowadays for website media. In fact, as part of your website package, I'll enhance your images as needed with photoshop and edit your hood cleaning videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro - turning them into a short video ad that showcases your work.

While I don't heavily advertise this service, it's included when you provide:
At least 2-3 minutes of raw footage
Clear before/after shots (images or videos)
Your logo/brand colors for customization

How do I share my images, videos & other media assets?

I use an organizing software that allows you to easily drag and drop files to share. When we get started on your website I will share a link for you to upload all media files to.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes! You’ll have full control to make simple updates anytime. I’ve built a resource page with tutorial videos covering everything from:
- Creating an account
- Updating copy and images
- General info

I design websites to be owner-friendly—no coding skills needed.

What do you mean by "edits"?

First Draft Delivery
You'll receive a couple wireframe layout options
Includes draft text and temporary placeholder media

First Round of Revisions
✔ Select your preferred wireframe
✔ Request layout adjustments
✔ Provide copy or text edits
✔ Submit images/media

Final Review Round
I’ll implement all changes and send for final approval
Tiers 2 & 3 include 3 revision rounds (1 remaining after this)
Review carefully and:
→ List any remaining adjustments
→ Send updated media (if needed)
After approval, I’ll perform final checks before launch

Additional Revisions
Extra edits beyond package: $200/page

Pro Tip:
→ Have all decision-makers review together
→ Consolidate feedback to maximize revision rounds

Why WebFlow? Can You Build on Other Platforms Too?

Yes! I’ve built sites on WordPress, WIX, Shopify, and more—but for lead-generating business sites, WebFlow strikes the perfect balance of power, flexibility, and ease of use.

WebFlow vs. WIX: Key Differences(Both are great, but serve different needs!)
Design Control
WebFlow: Pixel-perfect customization without coding.
WIX: Simpler drag-and-drop for absolute beginners.
Portability
WebFlow: Export your code to host elsewhere (no platform lock-in).
WIX: All-in-one solution (less technical hassle).
Scalability
WebFlow: Handles complex sites and CMS content seamlessly.
WIX: Ideal for very small, simple sites.
Maintenance
WebFlow: No plugin updates or security patches needed.
WIX: Also low-maintenance.

For Hood Cleaning Businesses:
WebFlow’s CMS lets you easily update blogs, team pages, or service areas.
Its performance edge helps you rank higher on Google.

Why I Recommend WebFlow
Ownership
: You can take your site elsewhere if needed (unlike closed platforms).
Growth-Ready: Adapts as your business expands (more trucks? New service areas?).
Less Hassle: No worrying about plugins breaking or slow page speeds.
Still Love WIX/WordPress? No problem! I’m happy to discuss what’s best for your specific goals.

Get to know me. The Best of Both Worlds

Hi, I’m Brian.
I've been around the hood cleaning industry for over 15 years—plus a decade running a metal fabrication business—I’ve experienced entrepreneurship firsthand. For the past five years, I’ve combined that hands-on experience with graphic design and digital marketing, helping hood cleaning and other businesses stand out.

From branding and websites to graphic design, search engine optimization, & account setup, I create content that speaks the industry’s language. (No need to explain that "duct cleaning" isn’t HVAC—or that a "filter" isn’t for photos!) Let’s build a website that works as hard as you do.
